Secret #1:
Stop believing that just because you like it and 2 other people you know, that it is a good market. This is a big mistake that most people make when they start looking at niche markets to build businesses in.
The bottom line is you should make your decision based only on what the numbers tell you and not based on what you or your buddies think. This is easy to do because we often think just because we like something or would buy something that other people will as well.
That can be the case but you have to make sure you can get a big enough volume!
Secret #2:
You must make sure the market your looking at going into is actually reachable. It might have a lot of traffic in it but that traffic might not be reachable.
What I mean by that is - you might notice that the numbers indicate that a lot of people are searching the search engines using keywords for your market but the cost per click to reach that market is insane.
In that case you need to move on to a new market that is reachable & where you can clearly see that you can get a lot of traffic.
How much traffic? Enough to meet your financial goals! Every market is different - but just make sure you can get enough to meet your financial goals.
